The neighborhood of Central Oak Park is centrally located in St. Petersburg. A safe and quiet community that is easily accessible from all directions. This inclusive neighborhood is the most convenient spot for proximity to beaches, downtown, and shopping/restaurants in the Edge District or Grand Central District.
Guest Access
Entire second floor house, located above the garage. Has a private entrance and single car parking off of the alley. A gate entrance leads to the upper level home which guest can let themselves in with the smart key pad . Laundry room is located on first floor same building. Guests will be able to enjoy their private covered patio and a large shared lounge deck in the center of the courtyard.

Private driveway parking for a single vehicle. No need to be dependent on a car here in St.Pete. There are other options of rent bikes or electric scooters, order an Uber/Lyft, hop the bus, or ride the SunRunner relatively cheaply. The closest bus stop is right around the corner along with St.Pete’s new trolly system, SunRunner. Between the city's buses and trolleys, the city has pretty good public transportation.
