Pool heating is available upon request for additional $125 per reservation. Pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. If the air temperature outside drops below 60 degrees, pool heat temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure to request pool heating in advance as heating a large pool can take 24 hours. This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras (outside only) around the property including the pool area, for your safety and peace of mind. Noise decibel monitors are located in common area of the inside and outside of the house. They do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels. 📋 House Rules Max Guests: 12 Max Vehicles: 4 (No street or grass parking) Music/Noise: Keep reasonable at all times Quiet Hours: 10PM–9AM No Parties, Events, or Unauthorized Guests No Pets No Smoking Grill Use: Turn off propane after use (BYO propane) Cleanliness: Excessive mess may result in added cleaning fees Check-Out: 10AM sharp (unless previously arranged) ⚠️ Violations (e.g., excessive noise, extra guests, tampering with equipment, etc.) may result in fines up to $1,000 or cancellation of your reservation.
